Do I need to know anything technical?
No. We set everything up and show you how to change prices or dates. If something doesn't work, you write to us.
What if a guest asks something the assistant doesn't know?
It's set up to answer only from the information you approved. Everything else is passed to you.
Can I keep my current phone number?
It depends on how you use WhatsApp today. We check this together in the first call and tell you honestly what's possible.
Does it work with Booking.com or Airbnb?
We don't promise a connection before we see how you work. Often the simplest solution is for the assistant to send guests your booking link. We'll tell you what makes sense after the first call.
How do I pay?
On Stripe's secure payment page: the setup fee once, then the monthly fee automatically. The available payment methods are shown there; more may be added later.
Which languages does the assistant speak?
The ones you choose with us — for example Montenegrin, English, Russian or Turkish.
