Delivery and Returns
How Montade services are delivered, and the return terms.
1. Delivery
Montade services are digital; no physical goods are shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, we write to the email address you gave during payment to arrange the setup call.
2. Return Terms
Return terms are set out in Article 6 of the Terms of Sale (Right of Withdrawal and Refund Terms). In short:
- Setup fee: once the setup process has started, the one-time setup fee is not refunded.
- Monthly subscription fees: no retroactive partial or full refund is made for the billing period in which the service is actually provided.
- Business use (B2B): because the services are intended for commercial businesses and professional use, the 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal granted to final consumers does not apply to commercial contracts; termination and refunds are governed by the Terms of Sale.
- Consumers: even if the service is bought by a final consumer, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services whose performance has begun with the consumer's express consent.
